Overview

What are the characteristics of HM 800?

ADEZIF HM 800 is a hot melt adhesive belonging to the category of thermoplastic adhesives. It is made from EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) thermoplastic resins, known for their reliability, immediate adhesion performance, cohesion, and low cost.

This adhesive is solvent-free, which is an advantage over other products.

The HM 800 is unique in that it is transparent, remaining invisible even as it dries. This makes it suitable for applications where the aesthetics of the final product are important and where the adhesive should be as inconspicuous as possible.

Like other hot melt adhesives, HM 800 is solid at room temperature and comes in the form of a smooth stick with a diameter of 12 mm, allowing for simplified storage, handling, and transportation.

It adheres well to a variety of materials, including wood, paper, cardboard, metal, textiles, cork, and glass.

    Usage:

A hot glue gun is necessary for application. You can find the specifications for three compatible references on our website: Adezif PI 360, Adezif PI 350, and Adezif PI 351. Other references may also be compatible, so please contact us for more information.

The transparent glue stick is inserted into the electric gun, which, once plugged in, melts the stick and allows for the quick application of an adhesive bead.

The application is easy, but it is important to use this product in well-ventilated areas to avoid the accumulation of fumes released by the molten adhesive.
