What are the characteristics of the PI360?

ADEZIF PI 360 is an electric hotmelt glue gun that heats adhesive in the form of a stick and extrudes it while hot and liquid for direct application onto the surface. As it cools, the hot melt adhesive achieves optimal adhesion.

The temperature is adjustable between 140°C and 230°C, allowing the use of either low melt or hot melt adhesives, making it a versatile and multi-purpose glue gun. The extrusion flow rate can be adjusted using a setting screw.

This product is wired but very manageable thanks to its ergonomic and comfortable trigger. Its handle is unbreakable.

Once cooled, the glue gun can be stored in a compact, practical, and durable case that also includes several accessories, such as different types of nozzles.

Usage Tips

During use, this tool should not be laid on its side, and a metal support is available to keep it upright.

Special care must be taken with the glue gun after use to avoid clogging and accumulation of glue on the outer part of the nozzle. Accumulated glue in the nozzle will be liquefied and expelled during the next use.

Caution should be exercised regarding safety and handling the nozzle during use, as it can be hot depending on the selected temperature.
