Description of the PI350
The ADEZIF PI 350 is a glue gun designed for extruding hot melt glue at a temperature around 200°C. The thermofusible glue sticks used are 12 mm in diameter.
The distinctive feature of this electric glue gun is its lightweight design: 230 g. Despite its light weight, it is efficient with an extrusion rate of 750 g/h, electronic temperature regulation around 200°C, an adjustable trigger allowing acceleration or deceleration of the flow, and a nozzle for easy disassembly.
The nozzle is fine (1.2 mm in diameter) for careful and precise application of the glue.
How does it work?
The operation of this product is simple:
- Attach the glue gun to its removable stand.
- Insert the glue stick from the back and pull the trigger until resistance is felt.
- Connect it to the power supply (only at this stage) and press the ON switch.
- Heating takes about 5 minutes.
- Once heated, pull the trigger to dispense the glue.
- It can be turned off with the OFF switch and by unplugging it.
What hot melt glue references are compatible?
It allows the extrusion of hot melt glues, ideal for all industrial or non-industrial applications such as packaging and bonding various materials like cardboard, paper, wood, glass, etc.: ADEZIF HM 960, ADEZIF HM 800, ADEZIF HM 250... Cleaning and Maintenance Tips
Special care must be taken with the equipment after use to avoid clogging and glue buildup around the outer area of the nozzle. However, be cautious when handling the nozzle during application as it is very hot.
Cleaning can only occur when it is completely cooled down.
If glue remains inside the nozzle, it will be liquefied again and expelled during the next use when the device is heated again.
Never remove a partially used glue stick, as this could seriously damage the glue gun. The stick must be completely finished before inserting another one.
