ADEZIF PU150 is a transparent adhesive film made of polyurethane with a thickness of 150 µm. Its main function is to provide optimal surface protection against:

• Perforation

Available in large widths up to 1500 mm, it can be cut to your desired width for optimal use and application, including on large surfaces. It comes on a double liner for perfect transparency.

      What Are Its Applications?

This product can be applied to any type of surface and is recommended for applications where stress and speed effects are not too significant. In the aerospace field, where stresses are higher, we recommend using a thicker PU film like the one used to protect the leading edges of helicopter, airplane, or wind turbine blades.

ADEZIF PU150 is ideal for multiple applications, including:

• Bicycle or MTB Protection:
  You can apply it to the fork of a bicycle or MTB to protect against scratches and abrasions. Among our clients are bicycle rental companies who are very satisfied, and we recommend it to ensure long-lasting aesthetics despite the sometimes intensive use of rental bikes.

• Work Surface Protection:
  Certain work areas experience gradual wear due to daily use: friction from watches, nails, etc., can leave marks over time. To prevent this, you can adhere a protective tape using ADEZIF PU150 to safeguard work surfaces.
   

• Car Protection:
  The thicker the PU film, the more durable and resistant it will be to external stresses. PU 150 is suitable for protecting the lower body, headlights, and hoods of cars. For thicker protection, feel free to use the special automotive adhesive film with a thickness of 0.356 mm.

      Product Features and Customer Benefits

One of its characteristics is its ultra-transparent nature, providing almost invisible protection on surfaces covered with the ADEZIF PU150 polyurethane film. The protection is consistent on both new and old surfaces, ensuring long-term effectiveness. However, it is essential that the film is applied to fully cured paint and at temperatures above 10°C.

The polyurethane film is flexible and conformable, making it easy to apply, even on large surfaces.

Its acrylic adhesive ensures high transparency combined with excellent UV resistance and significant durability. The film does not yellow or crack.

It is not recommended to apply this film on surfaces in contact with aromatic hydrocarbons, chlorinated solvents, ketones, and esters. It exhibits excellent resistance to water and detergents (except those with an alcohol concentration exceeding 50% of the composition).
