TESA 4848 meets quality and safety standards, providing temporary protection for any smooth or lightly textured surface (glass, plastic, metal, etc.).

It is a single-sided adhesive with a translucent red polyethylene backing and an acrylic adhesive with medium adhesion. This tape offers the significant advantage of UV resistance for up to 6 weeks and can be removed without leaving residue for up to 4 weeks.

      Applications

TESAFILM 4848 is ideal for temporarily protecting surfaces from dust or damage in various situations:

• During painting, plastering, or facade renovation: It can adhere to windows, doors, or other smooth surfaces, protecting them from dirt, scratches, or damage.

• During production, storage, or transport: Clients in the furniture, automotive, and appliance industries use it to protect fragile or delicate surfaces such as windows, mirrors, or windshields, as shown in the image below.
