      Description of ADEZIF MV560 Double-Sided Tape

ADEZIF MV560 is a double-sided adhesive tape made of 100% acrylic transparent foam. Unlike conventional foams, the MV560 has no backing and consists solely of a 1 mm thick acrylic adhesive mass with a blue PE liner.

Its transparency makes it ideal for bonding transparent materials such as glass, polycarbonate, and PMMA plastics, or for applications where the joint must remain discreet. This feature ensures that aesthetic and design requirements are met. A similar product can be found in 3M's Scotch VHB 3M 4910.

In addition to a clean final appearance, the 1 mm thickness of the MV560 effectively absorbs shocks and stresses. It is highly resistant to weather-related damage, including UV exposure and high temperatures, allowing for both indoor and outdoor use. Its non-yellowing property ensures long-lasting aesthetics over time.

The 1 mm thickness allows it to compensate for gaps on slightly uneven surfaces. For flat surfaces, consider using ADEZIF MV550, which has a thickness of 0.5 mm.

Applying this product is simple and fast, with no special tools required. It can be applied by hand or with a specific manual dispenser, ensuring safe use.

It is important to apply the tape at temperatures above 16°C for optimal bonding. Adhesion increases over time, reaching maximum strength 72 hours after application. This process can be accelerated by heating the adhesive to 40°C.
