Description of 3M 371 Packaging Tape
The 3M 371 tape is a single-sided adhesive tape featuring a polypropylene (PP) backing developed by 3M. It is specifically designed for packaging cardboard boxes weighing no more than 20 kg, meaning boxes with only a single flute.
Its adhesive mass, made from synthetic rubber hot melt (HOTMELT), allows it to adhere optimally to recycled cardboard covers as well as kraft paper, which is not the case with other adhesive masses.

This packaging tape is commonly used in food processing, e-commerce, and logistics, and it can be applied using a manual dispenser: ADEZIF DM 300 for 50 mm width or ADEZIF DM 301 for 75 mm width.
