      Description of the DA400 automatic adhesive dot dispenser

Repositionable adhesive dots (temporary glues) can be applied to the final substrate in three ways:

• Manually

• Using a manual accessory like the ATG 700

• With the DA400 semi-automatic electric dispenser

This automatic dispenser is compatible with rolls containing 10,000 adhesive dots arranged in a line on the outer layer of the tape. The thickness of the dots must be at least 0.2 mm.

It operates regardless of the adhesion strength of these double-sided adhesive products.

The semi-automatic operation allows for time savings and optimized productivity, with a dispensing rate of up to 60 dots per minute.

This setup enables two people to work simultaneously on the machine placed on a desk.

      Operating instructions for the automatic dispenser

Once the roll of 10,000 adhesive dots is installed and unwound onto the various drive rollers, plug in the device and press the ON/OFF button located on the side.

Simply press the item onto which you want to apply the adhesive dot against the applicator roller: the dispenser will then automatically advance to the next dot.

It is very easy to use, robust, and reliable for user safety.
