Description of Threebond 1110 H Anaerobic Liquid Gasket

Threebond TB1110H is a one-component anaerobic liquid gasket, solvent-free, made from methacrylate resin and PTFE fluorine for sealing flanges and pipes.

Excellent Sealing Properties: Offers outstanding thermal and chemical resistance.
Non-Toxic and Safe to Use: Forms a highly elastic gasket quickly after assembly, fully adapting to the structure of the surface of the joints.
Fills Small Indentations: TB 1110H fills small indentations, such as tool marks and scratches, as well as all surface irregularities of the connection.

MSDS Labels: White label with no "irritant" pictogram.
Average Strength: Suitable for threaded metal pipes and fittings requiring disassembly with hand tools.
Thixotropic Paste: Prevents product flow into joints after application.
Easy Removal: Can be easily removed after application.
Lubrication During Assembly: Ensures lubrication during assembly.
Total Sealing: Provides total sealing against oil, water, and most chemicals.
Excellent Vibration Resistance: Highly resistant to vibrations.
