The "TA" products in the Born2Bond™ Threadlocking range by Bostik are anaerobic adhesives designed for thread locking across various applications, including preventive maintenance.

      Description of Bostik Born2Bond TA-WL threadlocker

The WL (white label) version of the threadlocking range is designed to enhance working conditions and simplify the evaluation of environmental, health, and safety (EHS) criteria of new products without compromising performance.

It is free of substances classified as hazardous under CLP regulation (EC No. 1272/2008) regarding classification, labeling, and packaging of substances and mixtures.

The TA-WL is available in 3 levels of viscosity and bond strength:

• TA-WL low strength

• TA-WL medium strength

• TA-WL high strength

Typical applications:

• Assembly of mechanical parts

Instructions for use:

• For best results, clean all surfaces (internal and external) with a cleaner, such as Born2Bond pre-bonding cleaner, and allow it to evaporate completely.

• If curing speed is too slow, use an activator like Born2Bond anaerobic activator.

• Shake the product before use.

• Apply adhesive to the threads.

• Assemble and tighten as needed.

Warning: Always wear goggles and gloves when applying adhesives!
