Description de la colle cyano-UV Bostik Born2Bond Light Lock
The Born2Bond Light Lock adhesives are cyanoacrylate glues designed for applications requiring rapid bonding.
Their unique feature is a dual polymerization system, meaning they polymerize both through contact and under UV radiation:
Their reactivity to UV and visible light allows for rapid polymerization between transparent parts or during coating.
Instant bonding capability ensures polymerization between opaque substrates (contact polymerization).
Additionally, thanks to Bostik's advanced technology, they are odorless and free of efflorescence (whitening).
Other Characteristics:
Setting time: 5 seconds with UV photopolymerization / 60 seconds without UV exposure
UV polymerization possible with bulb and LED technologies
Long open time without activation
Touch dry, non-sticky polymerized surface
Controlled polymerization of excess glue
Adheres, fills, rebuilds, coats
Available in 3 viscosities: MV, HV, Gel
Applications of Light Lock Dual Cure Glue
Surface coating
Encapsulation
Assembly of electronic devices
Plastic-metal bonding for hearing aids, glass-metal bonding for jewelry and watchmaking
Needle bonding
Metal bonding of perfume bottles and liqueur bottles
...
The Born2Bond Light Lock is also available in a 30X version for flexible bonding. Typical applications include electronic assembly, multi-substrate bonding: plastic-metal, glass-metal, or plastic-rubber. It can also be used for surface coating, encapsulation, and repairing small gaps and imperfections on painted surfaces. Contact us for any information or quotes.
