Help with placing an order for custom printed tape

      1. Request for a quote

By filling out the form at the top of this page, you can send us an email request for a quote in which you specify:

• Chosen material type
• Width
• Length
• Number of colors

You can refer to the summary table specifying the different materials and available dimensions for our custom adhesive tapes.

We will respond within 24 to 48 hours.

      2. Sending the vector file

Send us your vectorized print file in .pdf, .ai, or .eps format, specifying the chosen colors. Please note that the final color output may vary slightly depending on the selected material.

Multiple print zones or lengths are available based on your design. These are also known as developments.

Available values: D188, L201, 212, D220, D230.5, 243.5, DL251, 262.5, L270, L301, D310, D314, 324, 330, D340, 350, D402, L502, D511 mm.

      3. Proof (BAT)

Like all printers, a proof (BAT) will be sent to you before manufacturing and printing your custom adhesive tapes. We offer free plate charges for orders of 360 rolls with 1 color print.

You can make any necessary corrections before final approval.

Before placing your order, a 3D rendering can be provided to give you a preview of your printed tape and the final print result.

      4. Packaging and delivery

Once your order is confirmed and paid for, your custom adhesive rolls will be printed and packed.

The packaging, specifically the number of rolls per carton, will depend on the chosen width and length.

Here is a summary table showing the number of rolls for 1, 2, 3, etc. cartons and for a pallet for different widths and lengths of 100 or 990 meters.
