      Description of Cyberbond CB9090 cyanoacrylate adhesive activator

The Cyberbond CB 9090 is an activator that speeds up the polymerization of cyanoacrylate adhesives in various situations:

• In unfavorable climatic conditions (dry air, cold)

• In cases where there are significant gaps to fill

• When bonding inactive materials

The CB9090 can be applied in two different ways:

• Pre-application: Apply the product to one of the surfaces to be bonded and allow it to evaporate. Then, apply the cyanoacrylate adhesive to the other surface, quickly assemble the two parts, and let them cure.

• Post-application: Using an appropriate spray bottle, mist a small amount of the product onto the surface coated with uncured adhesive and allow it to fully cure.

      Precautions for using Cyberbond 9090 activator

• For a smoother adhesive surface, spray the CB9090 product from an appropriate distance of about 30 cm.

• Keep it in the original closed container to prevent solvent evaporation.

• Note that, unless otherwise specified, an activator does not replace the use of a primer.

• The activator may affect painted surfaces and thermoplastic materials.
